Game description and comments:

Well, since I never played the original Midnight Club Racing, I decided to try this out and give my 4xAGP slot a work out. It actually handled it quite nicely, despite the graphics load. Belive it or not the screenshots below are from the game running on my PC. I liked the attention to detail, the way the pedestrians dive out of the way or get hit, causing accidents was a blast, and the different game modes were amusing. Something not shown in the screenshots is that the game does support collision damage to the car and your opponents vehicles, but not the traffic. Driving with the keyboard took some getting used to, but after about 3 races <maybe less> you get the hang of it and soon your driving around like a deranged pro. Like in Crazy Taxi the arrow that point to your destination isn't always correct, sometimes its a bit off, but not by much to make all that much difference. I highly recommend this game to those who like racing/driving games and have a really good graphics card, but for those of you who don't, get the Xbox ver. If you don't have the Xbox, get the PS2, prolly won't look as good, but you'll get to play it! (it's ESRB rated ?)
